With the eagerly awaited 2025 iteration of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) on the horizon and teams preparing for another exciting T20 season, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially designated BookMyShow as its ticketing partner.
The forthcoming third season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) is set to take place at four venues: Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai. Tickets for the initial two legs will become available today, January 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM IST.
The WPL 2025 is set to launch on February 14 in Vadodara, with the Gujarat Giants facing off against the current champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The second match, taking place on February 15, will see the two-time finalists Delhi Capitals go up against the inaugural champions Mumbai Indians, while the UP Warriorz will kick off their tournament on February 16.
The first six matches will be hosted in Vadodara, before moving to Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy Stadium for eight games. The tournament will shift to Lucknow for four matches, concluding in Mumbai, where the last set of games, including the knockout round and the finale, will be held at CCI.
